If you would like to return your item, please download the returns form and send along with your product to the address on the form. Please note returns will only be accepted if the product is complete with the RETURNS FORM and ORIGINAL BILL. The product must be complete with all the original packaging and protection, serial numbers, security ink and seals must not have been tampered with and are fully verifiable. We cannot accept returns without the product packaging that contains the unique identifier barcodes. Place your return inside a sealable envelope or wrap inside brown paper, do not write on the manufactures packaging as we resell the item with the packaging. The item must be returned to us within 7 days from the date your return is accept, please allow up to 48 hours for your return to be processed.
All faulty items can be returned for a full refund within 7 days, we must be notified within 7 days from the date of receipt if you are returning a faulty item. We may be able to accept a faulty item back after this time, however there may be a restocking fee after this period. None faulty returns can be returned within 7 days and are subject to a 15% restocking fee, postage charges are none refundable. We may be able to accept a none faulty item back after this time, however the restocking fee may be higher.
Nextec Direct® accept returns on all items, any faulty or damaged item can be returned to us for replacement within the warranty period. Refunds and replacements are only issued after your product has been received back and all serial numbers, warranty labels and security ink have been verified. We offer a 2 years extended warranty on most of our products, which can be purchased from our Nextec Direct® website (within 14 days of purchase), see individual item descriptions for standard warranty cover provided with your purchase. We offer a replacement with any electrical or mechanical faults within the warranty period, no questions asked, installation damage is not covered.
